Our History

Bob Parker had already established his career as a Professional Speaker and Trainer before starting his business in 1992. The humble beginnings of working for small consulting companies that had influential clients, Bob learned from experienced consultants before developing a client base and collaborative partnerships that have taken him throughout North America, Europe, and even South Africa. His most frequent audiences today are primarily multi-national organizations, however every size organization brings with it its unique challenges and opportunities, and we look forward to working with each organization that fits our skill set.

Our Philosophy

A clear understanding of an organizations VALUES are the starting point to any working relationship. We know that VALUES will drive all decisions and cultures if utilized effectively. Cultures that struggle tend to be misaligned with their desired or stated VALUES.

We like to work collaboratively with our partner organizaitons to bring the best resources to the table. With many relationships in the consulting and education fields, we are able to leverage our strengths with those of others when needed. Bob Parker is a proud member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers where he serves on the National Board of Directors as Industry Relations. His connections within the association bring a depth of connections among various industries and competencies.
