The Arts Project Experience

A collaborative project between Robert A. Parker & Associate,s and the Arts Project of Londo Ontario, we bring together both theatre and visual arts as a platform to provide a unique experiential learning activity.
Participants become artists for the day while balancing the complexity of client demands with creative innovation. Listening to the client, taking coaching, stepping out of one's comfort zone, being collaborative, and on-time delivery come together in this fun and playful, yet impactful learning session.

Learning Outcomes

- Managing Complexity and Ambiguity

- Stretching comfort zone and creative problem solving

- Understanding the needs and wants of customers

- Work on independent projects while ensuring a collaborative culture

- Looking at the bigger picture.

When would you use this program?

This is program can fit within a 4 hour window, and provides a foundation for groups prior to planning sessions, as a teambuilding and collaborative session, and as a culminating activity after a longer program.

The Bonus!

All artwork goes home and can be hung in an appropriate venue, or can be auctioned as part of your program.

Custom Design

This experience lends exceptionally well to integrating specific learning outcomes in the design. The art becomes the "medium", while the learnings are weaved throughout the program in an active inquiry fashion with a skilled facilitator.
