Bob Parker
Facilitator, educator
Bob Parker is President of Robert A. Parker & Associates Inc., an International Training Consulting company located in London, Ontario, that specializes in providing unconventional training for innovative companies. As a motivational speaker and trainer for over 20 years, Bob speaks to thousands of people each year on helping them improve their organizations and personal lives.
Bob is a past president of the Southwestern Ontario Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers. He is also a member of the Global Resource Network at Duke Corporate Education in North Carolina where we works with International Fortune 500 companies.
His newly released book, “The Pit Crew Challenge: Winning Customers Through Teaming”, outlines some of the key learnings from over 10,000 Pit Crew Challenge participants on the principles of teaming and organizational effectiveness.

Ron Sheridan
Driver, Car #52
Ron Sheridan is co-owner of RKR Motorsports located in Strathroy, Ontario, Canada. After a career as a driver for Cuddy Transportation, Ron operated his own auto parts business with his wife Georgia. While running this business, Ron began working on the crew for McColl Racing where he eventually started driving for their CASCAR team.
Ron was approached by Delaware Speedway to help teach the CASCAR junior program where he taught driving protocol to children aged 9 – 18.
In 2009, Ron drove to a second place season finish in the NASCAR Late Model Delaware Speedway Championship.
In 2008, RKR Motorsports won the APC 300 Canadian National Championships, confirming them as one of the BEST race teams in Canada!
Ken Kellestine
Crew Chief, Car #52
As the other owner of RKR Motorsports, Ken Kellestine also assumes the role of Crew Chief for the race team. Beginning his career as a welder, Ken turned his skills into the building of racecars and engines. Now, an Industrial Mechanical Millwright/machinist, Ken is able to build and maintain some of the fastest cars on the Canadian NASCAR circuit.
Ken lives in Melbourne, Ontario with his wife Teresa and their son.
