What do we need?
What is unique about our program is that we come to where you are. We don't need a race track (although that is cool), but any parking area will do.
Pit Area
We typically work in parking lots or parking garages. Any paved flat surface will do. We like a minimum of 30 feet of space, but the more the better.
Classroom
Debriefs can be held outside. Consider a tent or shaded area. Indoor classroom close to the Pit Area works well. Theatre style set up is preferred with flipchart.
Trailer Parking
We need 80ft of space to park our trailer which brings the car and all the equipment needed.
Tables
We need two 6ft tables near the pit area for equipment.
Power
We need none! The guns operate on air which we bring in canisters.
Accommodations
We have a team of three. If you'd like to start in the morning on site, we require accommodations the night before.
Rain Location
We do have to be mindful of potential weather issues. A 40X60 tent works well to cover in case of rain. This tent can also be used for debriefs. Parking garages are also good for both cold weather and potential rain. Any other indoor location can be considered as long as it is car friendly.
