Strategic Planning

What we do?

We work with organizations that need to bring together a group of stakeholders to develop a long-term plan. We specialize in small not-for-profit organizations whcih require a quick-to-action solution to strategic planning.

How we do it?

We utilize focus groups of key stakeholders, including: staff, managers, board members, clients, and investors to ensure a wide assessment of the environment and opportunties.

Interactive activities help to create an environment of sharing, and engagement which result in buy-in and a collaborative culture.

We ensure that any conflict is 'dealth-with' and resolved during the process so that all ideas can come forward and are understood.

timeline

Everyone organization is different, but a plan can come together in as little as 3 to 6 months if the proper caretakers are in place. We show you how to make this a reality, which saves you time and money.

the basic Process

The Call to Action
You've decided you need a plan. Decide who will be the caretaker of the 'process' within your organization.

The Retreat
Bring your stakeholders together to get input on challenges and opportunities. Discussion around Vision/Mission, Values, Goals is critical.

The Draft Document
Initial ideas are drafted into a discussion document for review and consideration.

Fill the Gaps
Individuals are tasked with developing the details of the document at committee or department levels.

The Final Document
After feedback from the draft document is collected, a final document is presented for approval.
